I have been working at Mission Media

    Pros

    - Great accounts to work on, looks great on a resume

    Cons

    - Getting your own paycheck was a hassle, and it was embarrassing when they paid vendors you hired for projects (stylists, photographers, studios) very very late
    - Excessive meetings and conference calls for minute updates

I have been working at Mission Media full-time

    Pros

    2-3 good clients
    Some great projects

    Cons

The US office's management is terribly run
Work life balance is insane - non existent understanding of personal obligations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try trusting your employees instead of assuming the worst of them and they may be more motivated to work the long unreasonable hours

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
