Great stepping stone, but don't make your career here

    Pros

Culture is excellent and people seem passionate about the work they are doing. The office is very close and often do activities outside of work like the annual beach trip. You will be able to fill your portfolio with lots of interesting projects. It's a great company to start a career. The designers here are some of the best I've worked with.

    Cons

Pay is abysmally low and benefits don't make up for it. Vacation and retirement benefits are severely lacking. Promises are often made by upper management that never seem to materialize. Management of the company seems to be more emotional than pragmatic which leads to disorganization and stressed out workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees an incentive to stick around. Pay competitive rates and take a look at your benefits package if you don't want people to constantly be poached by companies with better offers.
