Great communication, but generally

Property Manager (Current Employee)
Raleigh, NC

ProsCommunication with supervisors/upper management and on site staff. Resident relations are difficult in the challenging economy, locally as well as nationally, although the company has tried to work out payment plans with residents.

ConsTight economic conditions, continue to cause residents to be laid off; about two to three per week on average, The CEO types just don't "get it".

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't expand too quickly, just maintain and survive for now. Slow and steady wins the race....the economy WILL rebound but it will not take overnight.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Wonderful people that are real at every level.

    Manager (Former Employee)

    I worked at Mission Residential

Pros: Where else does the company President know your name and really care? Lot's of advancement and can move around to other jobs… Cons: Some properties cannot pay their bills and that makes it tough. It is an ownership… Advice to Senior Management: Hire more people on each property. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
