Pros

Management cares about employees and supports families and workers who want to advance their education. Managers are willing to help employees work around personal commitments and encourage employees to take advantage of the opportunities the workplace offers.

Cons

There are problems in disseminating information to lower-level workers so all new policies are related to all that need to know. There is a high level of office politics, especially concerning upper management, and some departments are hard to communicate with to get things done efficiently and effectively.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to disseminate all information quickly and efficiently to employees. Also, work toward better cohesion amongst departments so it is easier to get things done on a timely schedule. More staff may be required to handle the workload.
