- salary structure seems biased as they would pay lower than industry rates
- no career advancement or senior management cant define the career path of individuals, lack of growth

Advice to Senior Management

- In times of crisis, its essential to focus on the core business of Misys and identify the main asset class which are their people set.

Its not the stock market nor the system that they put in place which will make this company great but rather the people that put their heart and soul into getting Misys to where it is now.
