Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow within organization. If you work hard, you are compensated and provided latitude to work on other projects. flexible hours. The culture is going through a significant, yet very positive, change and internal programs are being added to support employees to better themselves, not just be more productive at work. Big push on wellness and community involvement.

Cons

Some disfunction within senior management related to communication across departments. Legacy employees fighting change.

Advice to Management

Keep on the path towards expansion into other markets and continue to embrace change.

    Pros

was friendly caring environment, not anymore. Started in a department from the ground up, was appreciated for the work I did. Was very laid back.

    Cons

Then the company lost their minds, three words slot- machine- management, makes rash decisions without knowing how it effects the customer or employees. You have to know the secret hand shake to get ahead now and they have no idea whats going on. They let the professional people go and replaced them with temps and unskilled workers. My manager ran the dept like a factory and we were the sweat shop workers. Co-workers throwing others under the bus to get ahead

    Advice to Management

Your rewards program is a joke and a popularity contest. The people that work the hardest never get the attention they deserve (or you laid them off). CEO needs to run the dept numbers himself to clear the fuzzy math, you would be surprised what you would find. Fire the dept heads were the morale is the worst. And Number 1, you need to focus on your customers not on branding yourself. Think twice before letting go another seasoned employee, your running out of talent

    Pros

Great internship program, HR devoted to resources to organize a series of internship activities, including a final presentation to CEO. Gym in the company, free yoga class.

    Cons

the company has many products, as an intern, I didn't really get a chance to know their products, a little disconnected. Not many interns got job offer.
