“Neutral”
Former Employee – worked at Mitel Networks
Pros – People are dedicated to each other.
Cons – Management does not appreciate the sacrifice of it's employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Mangement need to invest in it's employees. The lack of internal promotion, management training has hurt the organization over the years.
