I have been working at Mitel Networks

    Pros

Good technology if you can keep up with their licensing requirements and don't mind how quickly they obsolete their products.

    Cons

Same management team that destroyed Nortel. Do I really need to say more?
Service and Support has been cut to the bone and cutomers not happy.
Very limited user documentation for the new solutions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You did it to Nortel and learned nothing from it. Now you're dragging Mitel to a similar failure. Do the world a favor and go down with the ship this time.

Ok place to learn product specific side of Telecom.

    Cons

No room for advancement. Not much flexibility or understanding of outside personal life. Underpaid, raises very rare. Poor internal communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with your team. Provide some incentive for employees to want to stay. Management style needs to loosen up and get with the times.
