“Okay to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Mitel Networks full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great middle management easy to get along with most operations managers.
Good benefits
Cons – no 401k match
Upper management had more control over the branches than the branch managers
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let good people go. I saw so many good employees get let go and they went to competitors and are now helping grow those businesses.
