“A great place for someone to develop professionally.”
Current Employee – been working at Mizuho Corporate Bank
Pros – - Stable environment which is great for professional development. There are also a lot of training programs available.
- When an opening arises, internal employees are able to transfer from one department to another if the fit is there.
- The bank is very compliance focused - much better than a lot of other banks out there.
Cons – Communication from both local and expat management could be better.
Advice to Senior Management – To increase diversity in the management ranks.
