I have been working at MobileIron full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Changing the way people work is very rewarding. Teaming, lack of politics and everyone in the company wants to be successful. Management sets clear direction and goals and then teams/individuals have freedom to get job done. Sales driven culture is both pro and con depending on team you work for :) Best part of company is focus and drive to make customers and partners successful - its the main part of culture and is really awesome.

    Cons

Benefits and salary are still start up 'ish' but company is beyond that stage - time for management to recognize this and step up and take care of our biggest asset - us. Hours and job demands are high, not enough resources to get job done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better benefits and salary - especially for employees that have been here a while ! CEO needs to listen to employees feedback more - often comes off disingenuous or phony when speaking to us in all hands lunches and hallway interaction.
