I worked at Mohonk Mountain House part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Fun, easy going, very friendly culture, down to earth, yet high class, and AMAZING benefits of using the property.

    Cons

Huge organization with too much bureaucracy, recreation job pays very low, but is compensated by it being a fun job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Summer/temp jobs seem to be kind of ignored. Many of the workers are highly educated and should be recruited to stay working upon graduation.
