I have been working at Mold-Masters full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good working culture. Freedom and support to grow and learn things.

    Cons

When ever talk about the outputs and expectations, they expect in a MNC aspect. But when it comes to the employee benefits, its a small scale local industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the MNC culture going.... Try to compare with companies which are in an equal stage or level. Try to encourage the employees rather that reducing their benefits and increase work constrains.
