    Pros

working on all new stuff, very interesting. Only ~15 people and they are all nice and passionate. It is good working environment.

    Cons

It is too small size, worried about next step in next year. Due to the uncertainly, several talent employees left already.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to find a way to motivate engineers. Otherwise, there is no way to deliver target on time.

    Pros

Imprint technology was the best part of working here. The customers made the job worth it.

    Cons

Long hours. Long 2-3 week trips to Japan away from family. No career development. No possibility for promotion or significant salary increases. No accountability for those that continuously fail at their milestones. Executive culture of secrecy.

    Advice to Management

When deciding to give yourself the bulk of any acquisition profits and leave nothing for the hard working employees, do not pretend that you had no involvement in that decision. You stood in front of your employees and told them lies. No company can recovery from that until the management is replaced.
