ProsSmallish company with good growth potential and funding. Leading position against competitors in certain field. Good IP position and alliance with customers.

ConsEquity plan does not provide enough incentive to employees to share the potential success.

Advice to Senior ManagementMotivate and reward your employees if you want take the company to a higher level.
