Current Employee – been working at Molex

Pros – Flexible hours, lots of work to do, some fun people to work with, no shady business practices, ability to find a niche.

Cons – Lots of work to do, often requires overtime, most of the engineering managers make better engineers than managers, lack of flexibility on methods of completing tasks, lack of group discussion to come up with a solution to a problem.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees. Many of them have really good ideas, but they are trampled by having to conform to your way of doing things. Allow for your employees to have a little fun while working, give them some freedom and, more importantly, input.
