Cons

Very Strict about Office Timings. They force to work on Late Evenings and Week Ends. They Stand Behind you to get the Join done. No Standard in Resource and Project Management. They Simply Change the Design and Work on it Late Evenings and Week Ends.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have Better People at IT. Too many leads.

    Decent Salary & bonus some time

    If you want to make movie about - Whats wrong with IT, then this will be a perfect place to do some reality show.

    Senior IT Managment - Has no knowlegde about Healthcare

    Nepotism continues to increase regardless of who manages IT.

    Spending has gone up 3 fold in IT as someone else mentioned

    Lack of accountability from Corporate

    Lack of direction from top layer in IT, due to lack of business knowledge

    Senior Management really need to train your immedite layer in IT about how to respect people and thier contribution.

    Close to home, flex start and quit time

    Cons

    Managment does not foster a good work environment an does not allow employees to assist others. I was a new hire and my team members were forbidden to assist me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to employees and get more involved in the areas they manage. Most managers do not have a clue of the day to day operations. More concerced with Quanity than Quality. Most managers at Molina Healthcare don't have a clue what the meaning of Leadership is.
