“Great Pay but the Executives Have No Compassion or Communicate Well.”

Pros – The pay and benefits were great as I'd stated.
Cons – I was asked to resign due to an illness while at work.
Advice to Senior Management – Have a little compassion, manage and treat employees as individuals.
