Pros

Most of the employees are nice and the Irving office gets along pretty well.

Pay is decent

Cons

A lot of corruption within the Medicaid arena.

    I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great co-workers. Collaborative team of field staff we work together and use each other as resources to get the job done. Great members. Enjoy helping the disadvantaged. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

    Molina hires Middle and Senior management that have no experience and no idea how to perform their essential job functions. They hired a middle manager then asked her to leave or be fired. She was gone for about 10 months and then they hired her back. She had been fired by a former MCO how can we as employees know this and yet HR either doesn't t know or does not care that she is incompetent. This is widely understood and known by the MINIONS

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wake up and listen to the staff in the trenches. We understand how to resolve problems and apply strategic approaches however we are not consulted in matters that effect patient care and our work loads. Every soloution is a knee jerk reaction to the State coming in and giving them citations.
