I have been working at Molina Healthcare

Pros – some good coworkers. my job is interesting.

Cons – Very 'corporate' driven, doesn't feel like there is a lot of decision making left up to the healthplans. Lots of extra work filling out forms for everything. Difficult to work with corporate staff. Feels like the senior management make us do a lot of reports and extra work for no reason other than they want to know something that doesn't pertain to the decision they are being asked to make.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire people at corporate that actually have customer service skills so they stop treating employees at the health plans like they are the enemy. They are often rude and downright meanspirited. It is very frustrating to deal with many of them.
