Pros – Steady work, off on w/e, pd every wk, vacation, bonus, tips, commissions, compliments, satisfaction in what you do.!!
Cons – "Molly maid way".. too cleaning. products, procedure, updated supplies, gas allowance,expenses for cleaning car. open to change
Advice to Senior Management – satisfied with my position...just wish could be more open minded for change, some incentives, motivation, and bonuses.
