I worked at Molnlycke full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Good benefits, most people friendly and helpful. Great products. Flexible conditions.

Cons

Massive turnover in upper management. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Too many promotions for personal favors or political reasons. This could be the decline of success. Too much emphasis put on education instead of talent.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more value in the talents of your employees in positions under the management level and less in education level. Need less management and more workers. Great products, but the message isn't getting out there to the public.

I have been working at Molnlycke full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Relaxed dress code, good benefits. Depending on which department you work in, they can be very flexible on PTO. Most of the employees are friendly and agreeable.

    Cons

Some departments are getting their act together while others are floundering. A LOT of turnover, including upper management. Management is not transparent. Once was a great place to work and grow. Now too political. Too many personal rumors, sometimes it woudl remind you of high school girls. A few positions are over compensated for the ROI they provide.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to all employees.
