I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Advancement, training, people, family atmosphere in a big company. I have worked with this company for many years and have established a great career and great friends. I started out as a part time employee who worked hard, that hard work was recognized and I was rewarded with promotions.

Cons

I have no complaints at this time.

    I worked at Mondelez International

    Pros

Salary is somewhat competitive in market

    Cons

HR is too concerned with upper management thinks and not concerned at all with how their people are treated. Rather than listen to & understand the issues on the table they routinely turn the discussion around and get the focus away from where the issue originated. Unfortunately in corporate America people are intimidated to go against upper management because upper management is more concerned about puffing their chest than making the right decision. HR should stay very aware about the reason they are part of the organization, yes they have a career to worry about but they are there for their people.....PERIOD!!!! People don't go to HR because "nothing gets done". It's a joke, they should do their job or move on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let HR work between upper management and the employee without fear of losing opportunities for disagreeing with you because you need to puff your chest.
