A new company formed from two large businesses.....

R&D (Current Employee) Whippany, NJ

ProsIt a great learning opportunity for global business learning. Jeans can be worn everyday...people are generally kind, the products are good, and there plenty to do.

ConsKraft (big American company) bought Cadbuy (big international company) then spun if off along with the former Nabisco business. The Former Kraft management is now with Mondelez trying to run it like they did Kraft. But only 30% of Mondelez's business is in the USA - and it's tough to run a global business the same as an American business. They will get there, but the growing pains and adjustments are taking a toll on people.

Advice to Senior ManagementTalking about wok life balance isn't very believable during a meeting after 5:00.....
