I have been working at Mondelez International full-time

    Pros

company in transition. Probably one of the best companies I have worked for. Work in a plant in Toronto.

    Cons

Older hourly employees run the show and management does not want to instill any sort of change management with these folks. Looks like management is actually afraid to rock the boat. We are trying to be lean - but if you look at some of the overtime some of the hourly want - it is ridiculous. The management isnt managing and hence the folks are taking advantage. With cost cutting measures taking place - not sure why they are not looking at some of the folks who make it difficult to get our job done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start having a back bone - if this was your home, would you let anyone dictate terms to you.

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Open-door policy, the freedom to explore solutions to get the job done, the company entrusts newcomers with live problems/projects to solve, resources & help always available to do the next big thing.

    Cons

The name Cadbury is still more popular in India, pressure may be a bit high compared to other companies,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
