    Pros

Great amount of paid time off and quarterly bonus and incentives.

    Cons

No humanity, just a number, no caring , management are all fake and phonies.

    Advice to Management

They need to take professional courses on how to deal with people- like some Dale Carnegie human relation classes, and learn compassion.
