    Pros

People are hardworking and care about what they provide to the customers and the value they add to the company. Compensation package is good. You can gain a lot of great experience that can be used elsewhere.

    Cons

Work life balance does not exist. Annual reviews are very objective and based on satisfying quota ranges. Ambiguity leads the way for management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look beyond the next quarter. Make management accountable for their lack of leadership.
