    Pros

Good pay, union, and benefits. You can take all the crackers you want.

    Cons

Manager is terrible. Saw the company go from the top to the bottom when he took over. Long hours due to lack to work ethics from team members. During holidays, just say goodbye to your friends and family! Not EOE like they say. To many people from inner circle and nobody is held accountable for anything. Lack of training as well.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
