Pros

smart people, culture, excellent training program. they do a great job with recruiting and building team with new analyst hires.

Cons

long work hours make it hard to keep a good social life, esp in NYC. the comp system is fair but could be more clear on feedback to actual bonus

Advice to Senior Management

keep focused on the business, the company is very experimental which is great but the core consulting business is the most important
