There are some great young talents in this company. You can make lifelong friends, both professional and personally at this firm. Intellectually satisfying.

Middle management can be stronger. I would say both the top and bottom of this company is very good, but the middle ones can be strengthened.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire some good project leaders. Too many newbies on case teams--hard to retain really talented professionals who grew up within the company.
