Pros

- Smart colleagues
- Management is engaged and cares about building strong consultants and providing thought leadership
- Ability to work on stretch assignments / develop quickly

Cons

- Long hours (but no different than other consulting firms)
- Smaller size sometimes means same clients and limited diversity of projects

Advice to ManagementAdvice

For new analyst classes, it would be great to have pre-assigned mentors both at a leadership/management level and at a peer level. This would facilitate multiple perspectives that could help a new colleague immediately add value and learn the culture.
