Small company where you can build relationships with coworkers. Management is respectful towards employees. Benefits are good if you are single.

Cons

Private company that has grown too fast . In today's marketplace it willl be diffuclt to get new funding for growth. Not enough parking so it is difficult to leave at lunch to run an errand and expect to find a spot upon return.

Advice to Senior Management

Really listen to the employees about their concerns.
