Current Employee – been working at Monogram Systems

Pros – They have a lot of work, with very consistent and steady employment. The benefits are overall very good. Pay is probably slightly below average, but it seems that they are waking up to the fact that if you want good people you do have to pay them competitively. There are lots of old timers which is good in that you can learn from them.

Cons – There are a lot of hot heads in management. There is not a lot of communication from management to the troops. It feels very old fashioned, as there is not a lot of useful up to date modern technolgy at use.

Advice to Senior Management – They need much better communication, and need to create more good will among the employees.
