Pros

A growing company with dynamic ideas even in hard economic times. Senior management seems to have the ability to steer the company even when other companies are having trouble. The focus of the business on food and fuel (more than words) and the focus on safety are key elements to the success of this company. It is a joy to work there.

Cons

In a quickly growing company sometimes change can be harder to manage. The company focuses on people growth and opportunity but it can also be challenge when having to deal with problem employees. Growing staff is important but sometimes you just have to let go. The company needs to focus on developing top performers and dealing with underperformers appropriately (growth opportunities if possible but it not deal with it).

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on growing people and look within the company before we look outside the company.
