Pros
Great products, great science, ethical, very smart people to work with.
Cons
Within middle management, knowledge of total agirculture is less than adequate beyond production practices. Arrogance by middle management displayed outwardly to customers. Middle management is inconsistent in recognition and does little to solicit experiences from long term employees. Decision making is trending more and more to centralized system, which is opposite to the practice employed the last 10 years. Recognition is based too much upon clicks and who you know, rather than actual performance.
Advice to Senior Management
Move decision making down, and pay attention to customer relationships for long term success
