Current Employee – been working at Monsanto Company full-time

Pros – Very friendly place to work, very flexible.

Cons – Very small site yet people are switched between managers quite often. Managers cannot back up their charges as most of them have no idea what their charges do nor do they care. I have brought items that were detrimental to producing quality data to management attention to be met with no follow-up.

Advice to Senior Management – This site has a new site lead that has not officially started yet. My hope is that when he comes he can get this place into better shape. It's really sad that most of these folks have worked together for at least ten years yet good communication between them is lacking. You care about your job but when you feel that those above you don't care you start to feel the same.
