Great vacation benefits and 401k match. The culture is friendly and very relationships based. Monsanto has great healthcare and insurance benefits.

Cons

Gossip is a problem here. It is a bit old fashioned and slow to recognize growth in it's employees. As we grow change seems to become slower and slower.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more involved in people assessment at all levels and regonizing employees who are working really hard to make the company sucessful.
