    I worked at Monsanto Company

    Pros

    Very large company
opportunity to work with others in varying fields
    great cafeteria
    decent management
a lot of independence with work
good place right out of school to get experience and put on your resume

    Cons

I was a contract worker for almost a year right out of college. The hope was to be hired full time, but i later found out it takes a WHILE to become full time there. Numerous people said it took them 3-5 YEARS of contract work before they were hired. Way too long! Contract pay is not that great either. $11-15/hr...for having a college degree! They need to pay their contract workers better. Granted there are a lot of them, but they do the bulk of the work in labs (where i worked).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Shorten the time from contract to full employment or at least tell them there is no opportunity for a full time position with contract positions.

    No opinion of CEO
