    Pros

Thought leadership is a fundamental component to the consultative approach in all we do here. Being able to offer products and services that work in the human capital attainment business these days is awsome. Benefits, pay and balance are all pretty good for those who preform.

    Cons

I'd like to see more initiative from leadership to cultivate communication and ideas from the sales front line. Often we get caught up in the day-to-day and great ideas slip by.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Institute round tables and think tanks to spur relevant communication and ideas that could prove to become valuable insight and opportunity.
