Former Employee – worked at Monster Worldwide
Pros – If you can hit outlandish quotas, the pay is stellar
If you were/are field-based, great flexibility
Great opportunities to learn, grow & hone skills
Cons – Honestly the worst, most-incompetent sr. sales managers I've ever worked for
True big brother, rule by fear mentality
Sal Iannuzzi has run this ship into the ground
Sales Managers should remove the word "sales" from their title, because they can't
In the past 24 mos. this company has hemorrhaged some of the best sales talent around, and it shows
Completely irrelevant today, and it's not going to get better
Advice to Senior Management – Watch your back, never know when it'll come around to bite you
To a certain RVP in the East, get your head out of your @$$
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
