    Pros

flexible schedule and pay are the only two things I can say are good

    Cons

exec mgmt doesnt care about anything other than their 100% vested stock bonus, horrible red tape to get anything done (completely squashes creativity and "entrepreneurial spirit" that we were built on), each dept is out for their own and forget that we're "one team!" working towards the same goals.

    Advice to Management

    new CEO & Exec leadership

I have been working at Monster Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Energetic, transparent, fast decisions, independence, good earning potential, better than expected learnings and money, constant innovation of products based on feedback on the ground both from clients and team.

    Cons

More one man functioning, growth opportunities are few and less for experienced persons, no career development plan & career paths defined for employees, difficult to balance home and office for most of them.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the transparency, communication while defining a clear direction towards career paths available for the team. Innovate more aggressively.
