Don't forget to turn out the lights on the way out

Key Account Manager (Current Employee)
Maynard, MA

ProsPeople are still familiar with the name.
In 52 countries.
Looking to sell the business to another company could create new opportunities for career growth.

ConsLack of management's ability to see that the world has changed since 1994 and to move Monster from on online job board.
Quotas are based on the whim of management.
Round after round of layoffs has cut into the bone.
Smartest people are looking elsewhere.
No career path or planning. No innovation.
Lots of angry people, and treating people badly is not only tolerated, it's reinforced.

Advice to Senior ManagementSell to Google, if they'd buy.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
