Monster is how a company should be run...

Account Manager (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsThe culture is phenomenal. Working for the original "job board" is amazing. Monster gets flack because they are public so a lot of information is disclosed that it's nearest competitors do not disclose, but the online traffic numbers do not lie, and Monster is king when it comes to people searching for a job. Which makes my life much easier as a salesperson :) Plus I get to office out of my house!

ConsThat Monster is public. Wish we could keep some of our info to ourselves! Other than that, I have zero cons.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement is great. The tenured managers are so seasoned and really know what's going on in the recruitment world and how to help new reps.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
