Pros

As with most tech companies, the people you work directly with (your peers) are great. Don't worry though, you'll probably get to work with them again at another company.

Cons

The Senior management has no moral compass.
They kowtow to the board members and routinely lay off employees because their margins on their "$1.5 billion" revenue are off by a fraction of a percentage.
The health insurance benefits are really poor.

This company is run by accountants and they have no interest in innovating. Creativity is a disease that they try to wipe out by continuously "reorganizing".

Advice to Management

Fire the CEO and all the other C-level executives.

    Pros

    The people are amazing.
There are lots of tenure employees
Winning awards for innovation and technology

    Cons

Industry stereotype of being 'just a job board'
    Location of Maynard is difficult
Change of Senior Management trickle down is not always the best employee experience

    Advice to Management

Do not lose sight that the people are what makes the company. They are customer facing, they hold the brand, responsible for the diverse and creative ideas. Work on the industry stereotype of being branded as 'just a job board'
