When it comes to Innovation, Monster can't get out of its own way.

Senior User Experience Developer (Former Employee)
Maynard, MA

ProsAs with most tech companies, the people you work directly with (your peers) are great. Don't worry though, you'll probably get to work with them again at another company.

ConsThe Senior management has no moral compass.
They kowtow to the board members and routinely lay off employees because their margins on their "$1.5 billion" revenue are off by a fraction of a percentage.
The health insurance benefits are really poor.

This company is run by accountants and they have no interest in innovating. Creativity is a disease that they try to wipe out by continuously "reorganizing".

Advice to Senior ManagementFire the CEO and all the other C-level executives.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
