Good benefits overall and definitely above industry standard.
Excellent severance package depending on how long you worked there.

Cons

High turnover and layoffs due to management always trying to cut costs to meet stock holder expectations.

    the organization structure is always changing; too much sales oriented; sometimes a little bit stressful because the quota is always very high

    Pros

    Amazing company. Management in the Tempe office makes the job very fun, and they support you 100%. Great potential to earn a lot of money, uncapped commission.

    Cons

    Holding quota on things that are out of your control (out of business, acquired companies, etc). Responsible for previous year sales plus growth.
