Pros

Reasonable compensation.
Talented people.
Friendly atmosphere.
Flexible hours.
Promotion with in the company instead of bringing people from outside.

Cons

Not open to ideas and views from workers down the chain.
Products does not meet the challenge of 21st Century.
Website is not user friendly and home page is too cluttered.

Admit the mistake made by senior management and correct quickly.

    Pros

    This place has been great overall. I was able to excel year over year and move into positions that generated more income for me.

    Cons

    Management has taken a turn for the worse. Moral is down and so is the stock. It appears the ceiling may have been reached.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen more to your sales staff. We are the ones that shape the company. Are feedback should be taken into consideration to have a more well-oiled machine working for you.

    Awesome pay and benefits. Tons of freedom if you work in the field.

    Huge company so you feel like just another number. Quotas are a bit unreasonable at times
