Pros

Income was great - although challenging to hit your numbers.

Cons

Leadership and company vision is lost.

    I have been working at Monster Worldwide full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    I believe in the mission of helping people improve their lives by finding the right job. The employees are wonderful, cooperative and dedicated. My own manager has given me a lot of opportunity to develop.

    Cons

    The executive management doesn't understand technology or the Internet and is still chasing an old business model, which has been very detrimental to the company. They consider employees to be expendable (and have expended MANY recently) and make no effort to raise our crappy morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Leave and let someone who knows what they're doing take over.

    Pros

    Wonderful talented people at at mid management level and below.

    Cons

    The worst senior executive team in the country who has made MASSIVE blunders and has the nerve to continue trying to blame everyone else while bringing in their own cronies over quality internal people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Grow up and take some responsibility.
