Pros

Great place to work. Management was always there to help and they really care about their people. You have to work hard but thats okay.

Cons

Not much as long as you worked hard and did what you were supposed to they stayed out of your way.

Advice to Senior Management

Just listen to your people and make sure that you help in hard times. Communicate when something is changing and when things are going to change.
