    Pros

Good people. Competitive pay and pretty good benefits. Good market share and branding which makes the sell a little easier. Industry leader and competes very well competitors.

    Cons

Sales people are treated like $$ signs. If you make it the first year you will have success but you are constantly worrying about when the other shoe will drop. Shift territories and quota all the time and sometime will inequality among the reps. I saw a lot of friends put in impossible situations. When I first started it was young and innovative, but after founder and original CEO left, it went downhill fast. The new outside management teams turned it into a red tape environment and it became tedious. Poor communication and lack of vision. I still find it laughable they stopped innovating. No mobile strategy what so ever and market is shrinking with more players and aggregators mirroring them. Has lead to high turnover in a lot areas. Just not fun to work there anymore.

    Advice to Management

Innovate. Get a mobile strategy. Get some sort of web 2.0 functionality. PC based job search is shrinking. Don't rest on the past success.

  2. Good Experience, in a fun company
