Good salary, good benefits, balanced life.

Prosgood benefits and salary. workload is also not too much and soemwhat flexible. people are very friendly and we get a very muticultural environment.

Consthere is sometimes too much bureoucracy and it a takes a lot of time to arrive at very small decisions/

Advice to Senior Managementleadership is good but we would like the management to be more open and transparent. They should use more business-like approach in taking decisions and not simply follow the rules as given in the book.
