Current Employee – been working at Moody's
Pros – -Usually there are no long hours
-promotions are given in a short time
-relaxed atmosphere
-senior management is easily accesible
Cons – -Compensation is not very high compared to other firms in finance.
-The teams within the company need to work together.
Advice to Senior Management – They are doing a great job with the townhall meetings and letting people know that hard work is appreciated by management.
