ProsMoody's has a good name. Their benefits are very competitive. Bonuses are based on company performace, therefore there always exists a potential to bring home a nice amount. Moody's tries to keep their employees well informed of company developments.

ConsPromotions are not based upon merit, but favortism. Management has no understanding of what their staff does. The company's overall atmosphere is a big boy's club. Minorities are very unlikely to ever obtain senior management poistions. Working longs hours are expected and not rewarded.

Advice to Senior ManagementReview the performance evaluation process and invest more heavily in your employees, especially the loyal ones.
