    Pros

-Excellent working culture, mature working environment (however still plenty of banter), collaborative team
-You are given responsibility to drive your own desk and do what works for you in order for you to be successful
-Candidate focussed and initiates to drive this. Consultants truly are service focussed
-High achieving office, excellent client portfolio, Asia Pacific’s biggest billing consultants.

    Cons

-Can be unstructured - you need to plan your day / week and be self-motivated (which can also be a pro!)
-No espresso machine (being looked into)

    Pros

    - People focused work culture - this applies to staff and clients
    - Management will play to the individual employees strengths
    - Longer term focus - applies to staff retention and the way business relationships are cultivated. This is refreshing in the recruitment game!
    - Personal and experience led development and training programs
    - Forward looking and (actually!) strategic leaders. Management are ahead of the market and installing new initiatives to provide a competitive advantage
    - No politics, egos or backstabbing - everyone in the office is genuine and well intended , this is not the place to work if you have something to prove or an ax to grind

    Cons

    - Lick your own envelopes - admin support is limited
    - Don't expect a warm desk
    - Management will tolerate staff operating outside of their core values if they are billing. Understandable in a tough market but can be demotivating or disruptive for other team members
    - Drive your own pay negotiations

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
